hello community,

I registered 3 weeks ago at 10bet
my account is full verified

i made a withdrawal of 500? to my neteller account that was 2 weeks ago!

i wrote many emails and contacted the support.
the support told me they dont handle this on the phone i should write another email.
i wrote again an email after 6days they wrote my my withdrawal is frozen at the moment with no reason-they told me i can still use my account to deposit money-but they dont process my withdrawal.

im still able to login-so my account is not closed-i did nothing wrong just i made from 50? 500? in 2 days-
i think they dont like people who win but 500? is not too much.

maybe they have financial problems i dont know

somebody has the same experience?
