New tournament hand

2,5 hours into the 35000$ guaranteed tourney on Titan poker. The average is about 12000 and I have 20000 chips. Blinds are 150/300.

I pick up JJ in BB. UTG who has me covered raises to 1200. A small stack player with 4500 pushes all in in medium position.

What do I do?

Call, push or fold.

Reads on UTG are important here. A case can be made for all 3 actions. Because it's an utg raise I would probably fold. The shortstack still has an M of ten so shouldn't be shoving a huge range especially vs an EP raise. So I lean towards folding

I have posted this hand on another forum as well and the general opinion is to fold this one.

IMO it has to be a fold here, to a raise and reraise JJ is suddenly very weak.

The very best scenario is you are in a three way race against AK/AQ/KQ etc..

The likely scenario is at least one of the players has an over pair and the other still has live cards......from this situation its an auto lay down in my book, I would fold Queens here too.

Yeah I will definitely fold in this spot again in the future. Not sure if I will fold QQ...will depend on my read on UTG.
