After an excellent win over Inter in Bergamo, Atalanta were stopped in Siena. It was not so much of a surprise, as we have already mentioned that this team have different faces at home and away and they rarely manage to impress outside of home ground. The only win outside of Comunale for Atalanta was at Dal’Arra in Bologna against their next rivals. Back then they used all of the flaws of the hosts and took three points. But, things are changed now, the switch on Bologna bench gave results and Arigoni’s heir, Sinisa Mihajlovic recorded the run of nine unbeaten games. This excellent run was ended on Sunday when Felsinei lost to Milan at home. Final 1:4 result was too high, having in mind the performance we saw and the crucial moments in the match were naively conceded opening goal and Mudingay’s suspension later on.
