Me J10 on a KJJ flop. My opponent bets 1000 and I re-raise him all in. I call and he shows KQ.
Turn is an A and the river is a K.....he had 4% to win. I'm telling you I have busted out of 10 tourneys now on the river while being way ahead....it's getting really frustrating. Any advice other than entering pots as underdog instead? |

Please don't try this at home! ![]() Honestly terrible advice, do not go chasing wins on roulette or computer slots, it IS the quickest way to go bust!!!! On a side note just try and look at the positives of the situation. Yes, it was a pretty sick beat, but you put your money in good, and 19/20 times you will get paid off. All you can do in this game is keep putting it in good, and long term it will make you a profitable player, you just have to accept their will be times when you get stung.

It's obvious when you think about it but...the better you get the more bad beats you will experience, it's the only way opponents can beat you, by getting lucky! There is little play in a SnG that only last 45 minutes, I'd stick to tournaments at least 2-2.5hrs long. SnGs are for the fireflies
