I am getting feedbacks that one of my friend played in online poker and it seems that there are two player colluding. How can they prevent this?

Yeah.. My friends also experienced that.. He report it to the service team of that site and they investigate.. But i don't know what happen after investigate..

Colluding is when two players, who know each other, sit down at the same table and exchange information about their hands via MSN, SKype etc.....

Colluding is also the online betting site should avoid, how can we trust them if they do not protect us fair players against those players who are colluding.

I have already reported players colluding and they IP were ban in the betting site I am playing.
