Not a very good day of poker

Had a bad run today...Anything what I had ANYTHING was beaten.Here are a couple of hands:
1)A A vs K Q h.Blinds 50/100 I was in the BB and a guy called me , I raised 100 he called.The flop was K 8 8 ( one heart ) and I bet 225 the guy went all in...Turn andot river 2 hearts ! Wow , nice suck-out.You idiot hadn't saw that I was playing tight !?
2)K K vs Q T.All in pre-flop he caught a straight from the flop.Of course that the full house hadn't came...
3)A K vs J J.All in pre-flop again and K on the river.
4)T T vs 7 7.Pre-flop again.He hit his set...
Congratufuckinglations to these donkeys !

If it is not my luck, what I do is change table, if that still does not work, I stop and play again next time.
