Angry What a mistake I made...!!! (BetKlass.com)

So I opened an account with BetKlass and thought they are all okay.
Now I placed a bet yesterday:



And the match was over a long time ago, yet I realized my bet is still open, so I searched on the Internet about BetKlass and then I realized there are many complaints about them slow-paying.
Not only that, to make me feel 'better' I found out they are on the RED LIST of BookmakersReview:

I don't want to bet with a site that works slow, I'm used to many other sites that send you back your earnings quickly, without giving you a headache.

What can I do to make sure they will pay on time, I don't want to wait and I have no patience for these guys? What can be done so they will process my payment on time??
Any help, please?

I don't know if it's because I posted it here or not, but the bet was finally settled:



My only concern now is how long willl it take for them to process the withdrawal because I saw complaints and I don't want to wait 1 month to see my money back...

Why BookmakersReview put them on the Red List...?? This is a big concern... Please post some suggestions...

I can't make a withdrawal...!
When I tried to make a withdrawal I got an error message:

"Your withdrawal request will be processed only if all your previous deposits have been confirmed".

The problem is their live-chat isn't operational, the button is just there to make it looks nice but there is no live chat, and from reading other users' complaints you can send them many emails and get them ignored.

Can I ask WOSB to help and ask them be a little bit more communicative please???

I got an update from them:

Dear sir,

Please note that the accounts department just informed us that your withdrawal will be processed today.
