Meanwhile, Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro is an injury doubt for Rochdale. Akpa Akpro was replaced with 15 minutes remaining in Saturday's 1-0 win over Bournemouth and the striker will have a hamstring problem assessed ahead of kick-off. If Akpa Akpro fails to make it, on-loan forward Michael Symes could make his first Rochdale start having been unavailable against his parent club at the weekend. Midfielder Simon Hackney has resumed light training following his abdominal injury, but is thought to be at least a month away from action.
