1860 Munchen - Regensburg

TSV 1860 München ended the season 2011/2012 on the 6th place with 57 points (17W-6D-11L; 62:46). At homeground they won 10 out of 17 games, they draw 2 and lost 5. Also they scored 35 goals and conceded 22. For this season they want the promotion so coach Rainer Maurer decided to reinforce his squad and bought some players: Griogris Makos, Grzegorz Wojtkowiak, Moritz Volz, Marin Tomasov, Moritz Stoppelkamp and Ismael Blanco. Also the club left some players like Rukavina, and last years TSV topscorer Volland who was a loan from Hoffenheim. In the preperation TSV played very good also. Last match they lost to Stuttgart 1:2, Gladbach 2:4, won against Haladas 1:0, versus Duisburg 4:0, played in Vienna 0:0, in Bern 0:0 ... So they had also some good results and the new players also played well.

Regensburg promoted to 2.Bundesliga. They played against Karlsruher SC at home 1:1 and away 2:2 and promote to 2.BL! So last season they played in the 3rd Bundesliga! They ended on the 3rd place with 61 points (16W-13D-9L; 55:41).Away they were the strongest team last season with 7 wins, 6 draws and 6 lost matches in 19 games. But the new coach Oscar Corrochano will have some big problems. First they bought only some players from the 3.league and from the Regionalliga and Oberliga, some young players. The problems is a lot of regular players left the team: Tobias Schweinsteiger, Ronny Philip, Tobias Schlauderer, Stefan Binder, Michael Klauss, Björn Bussmann and Selcuk Alibaz
